A Class B CDL is a little easier to get than a Class A CDL because of the difference in vehicle size, weight, and handling. Even with a Class B CDL, you can drive a very wide array of vehicles.

Vehicle-in-tow gross vehicle weight rating – The vehicle-in-tow can have a GVWR of up to 10,000 pounds and no more, otherwise it would be Class A.
A Class B CDL holder can also drive Class C vehicles of types in accordance with one's license endorsements.
